Totally Worth It!
pho station rooftop skybar private beach
The breakfast was awesome! There were so many choices (especially the pho station!), and the quality was great. I loved the on-site facilities. The multiple pools were a huge hit, and I spent a lot of time at the rooftop skybar. The private beach was super convenient too. I could easily go for a swim or relax on the sand.
I had a bit of trouble with the language barrier sometimes. It was hard to communicate some requests to the staff, and it made things a little slow.

The hotel offered convenient access to the beach, easy to spend time by the sea. Its proximity to town was a plus, great for quick trips to explore and enjoy local attractions. This hotel combines relaxation and local exploration well.

The room had soundproofing from external noise. There was a balcony included, so I enjoyed the outdoor space. The room also included air conditioning for climate control. The room was comfortable, and the furniture was modern.

Excellent Hotel Experience
affordable bikes ocean view amazing masseuse
The hotel provided quick cruise bookings at prices better than outside agencies. Bike rentals were arranged with a local shop at a rate of 150k VND, equivalent to rates outside. The ocean view from my room was awesome. Spa rooms overlooked the ocean, and the masseuse provided an amazing service. The hotel booked us a cruise cheaper than doing it outside. This was a welcome surprise.
The elevator was slow, and it often stopped at almost every floor, made getting around a bit time-consuming.

the hotel prepared complimentary vouchers, a lovely surprise for our honeymoon. breakfast was GREAT, the selection vast. our room was very nice. i especially enjoyed the sea view from our balcony, very beautiful.
the elevator service was a bit slow. i noticed it stopped on almost every floor at times.

disorganized process locked thermostat
The breakfast buffet offered a good selection.
The check-in process was disorganized. My thermostat was locked, and it took four technician visits to address the issue (it remained freezing).

Staff provided super assistance on WhatsApp with local tips. Buggy bookings were easy.
Hotel design seemed flawed. The room I booked had poor finishing and felt noisy. The balcony light was automated, a major annoyance.
